Engagement sessions shouldn't feel like a photoshoot. They should feel like a really good afternoon with your favorite person — and happen to result in beautiful photos.


I'm Alexis, a couples and engagement photographer based in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. I work with couples across Vermont and New Hampshire who want images that actually look like them: candid, warm, and genuine rather than stiff and over-directed.


We'll find a location that means something to you: a favorite trail, a downtown you love, a golden field in the Northeast Kingdom — and spend an hour or two just being together. I'll handle the rest.


Engagement sessions also make the perfect opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day. Most of my wedding couples book an engagement session for exactly that reason.
